This wonderfully decorated and appointed lakefront house sleeps 6 to 8, offers a boathouse for your own boat, and includes a paddle boat and floats for your enjoyment. Rent this house and enjoy the views of Lake Lure from the deck and living room. The huge deck is furnished with comfy chairs, picnic table, and gas grille. There's another huge, nicely furnished deck on top of the boathouse. Our lovely cove at Lake Lure offers many delights all its own: clear, protected waters for fishing, swimming and paddle boating with cool misty mornings, pleasant views, and wonderful sunsets for blissful daylong deck-sitting. Nearby is large-boat access to Lake Lure. Upstairs at the Arbor Lake House are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with queen and bunks, a glorious sunroom overlooking Lake Lure with queen sleeper sofa, a game table, cable TV, and VCR, and a half bath. Top quality linens are provided. Downstairs is a large great room with cable TV and CD player, fully equipped kitchen for eight with coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. and a full bathroom with tub/shower. From the great room, walk outside onto the huge decks. Enjoy a week in this lakeside home in Lake Lure, North Carolina! Check-out: 10 AM A 50% deposit is needed to reserve the Arbor Lake House. Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee: 5 nights or less, 14 days notice. 6 nights or more 30 days notice If cancellation is made after the advance notice period, your deposit cannot be refunded. If cancellation is made within 24 hours before arrival, the full-stay charges will apply. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Traveler checks, and cash.
